Where Fe 500D goes on site in Akkalkot Road
Raft and pile foundations
25 mm to 40 mm in long lengths, usually mill-direct because the tonnage justifies it.
Slabs, beams and staircases
8 mm to 16 mm distribution and main steel. The grade you can bend on site without cracking is the grade that gets used.
Industrial floors and warehouse sheds
Mesh and 8 mm to 12 mm bar for slabs on grade, plus foundation steel for pre-engineered buildings.
High-rise columns and shear walls
Heavy bars from 20 mm to 40 mm, mostly Fe 500D and Fe 550D, where reduced congestion in the cage matters as much as strength.
How we sell steel in Solapur
No mystery pricing, no quiet weight games. Four things we hold to on every order.
Rolling margin held to plus-minus 2%
Weight per metre is checked on our own weighbridge before despatch. You pay for the steel you receive, not for the tolerance.
1% cash discount on 100% advance
Pay the full invoice value before despatch and 1% comes straight off your landed cost. On a 100 MT order that is a real saving, not a scheme.
Barter accepted from developers
Fifty per cent in cash, fifty per cent in ready units with occupancy certificate. Steel moves, your unsold inventory moves, both books get cleaner.
25 years in the same trade
Working in structural steel since 2000, through three cycles of the market. The people who take your call have been doing this for decades, not months.
100% advance, and 1% comes off
Steel is a working-capital business. We would rather pass the funding cost back to you than build it into the rate.
100% advance against proforma invoice
Full invoice value paid before despatch earns a flat 1% cash discount on the basic value of the order.
The discount is on the invoice, not a promise
It is shown as a line on the tax invoice, so your accounts and your auditor both see it.
Rate locked for the despatch window
Once the advance is received the rate is held for the agreed schedule, whatever the mill does that week.
Part-despatch is fine
Pay for the full order, lift it in as many trailers as your slab cycle needs.
How credit works here, stated plainly
We do extend credit. We just do it after we know each other, and we say so upfront instead of promising terms we later withdraw.
100% advance. Every order earns the 1% cash discount. This is where the working relationship gets built.
We sit down with your team, look at your project pipeline, GST returns and payment history, and agree a credit line.
Typically 30 to 45 days against PDC or bank guarantee, sized to your monthly offtake and reviewed every quarter.
A supplier who hands credit to a first-time buyer prices that risk into everyone's rate. We would rather keep the rate honest and earn the credit decision.
Test it, and reject it if it fails in Akkalkot Road, Solapur
Every buyer has been burned by underweight bundles and secondary steel sold as primary. Here is what removes that risk from your side of the table.
Mill test certificate with every load
Heat number, chemistry and mechanical results, matched to the bundle tags on your delivery challan.
Third-party NABL testing on request
Samples drawn in the presence of your engineer and sent to an independent laboratory. You are welcome to nominate the lab.
Free replacement on rejection
If material fails your consultant's test, we lift it from site and replace it with fresh stock at our cost.
Primary mill material only
We do not sell secondary, re-rolled or unbranded bar as primary. The heat number on the tag is traceable to the mill.
TMT steel against ready flats: 50% cash, 50% units
For developers sitting on completed but unsold inventory, steel can be paid for partly in units instead of cash. It frees your project to keep moving without drawing down more debt.
50% in cash, 50% in units
Half the order value is settled in cash on the normal advance terms. The balance is settled against ready residential or commercial units.
Units bought at 25% to 30% below market
The unit value is fixed at a 25 to 30 per cent discount to the prevailing market rate for that project, agreed in writing before the first trailer moves.
Occupancy certificate is mandatory
Only completed units with OC received are considered. Under-construction inventory, unsold RERA stock without OC and disputed units are not taken.
Clean title, clean paperwork
Title search, encumbrance check and society or association clearance are completed before the barter agreement is signed.
Every barter proposal is assessed case by case on location, project stage, title and saleability. A discussion costs nothing and takes about a week to conclude. Read the full barter terms.
