Quotations
Rates quoted are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Where no period is stated, quotations lapse at the close of the working day on which they were issued, because steel is repriced daily.
Weight and testing
Despatch weight is taken on our weighbridge and recorded on the delivery challan. Any weight dispute must be raised before unloading, with the vehicle intact. Material is supplied against the mill test certificate issued with the load; third-party testing is available at cost on prior request.
Delivery
Lead times are indicative and depend on vehicle availability, permits and site access. Unloading is the buyer's responsibility unless agreed in writing.
Payment
Credit terms, where extended, are subject to limit approval and may be withdrawn. Title in the goods passes on receipt of full payment.
