Metal Ministry Inc has been trading structural and specialty steel since 2005 — 20 years, through three full cycles of the market. We are stockholders and suppliers of TMT steel bars: material sits in our own yards under our own name, which is why we can confirm despatch from standing stock instead of waiting on a mill allocation. Reinforcement bar sits alongside alloy steel, nickel alloys and aluminium in the same business.

How we price and how we get paid

Pay 100% in advance against the proforma invoice and 1% comes off the basic value, shown as a line on the tax invoice. The first five transactions run that way for every new buyer, and each one earns the discount. After five clean transactions we sit down with your team and agree a credit line sized to your offtake. Developers holding completed unsold inventory can also settle half an order in ready units carrying an occupancy certificate, valued 25 to 30 per cent below market. How we work

Three commitments, and they are the whole pitch. Certified material with the mill test certificate attached to the load. Honest weight, checked on our weighbridge, held inside two per cent of nominal. A rate that is locked when the purchase order is signed rather than revised on the day of despatch.

Everything else — credit terms, cut and bend, staged delivery against a pour programme — is negotiable, and we would rather discuss it openly than discover a mismatch halfway through your project.
