25 mm to 40 mm in long lengths, usually mill-direct because the tonnage justifies it.

What decides your landed price in Delhi

- Basic rate per tonne — moves daily with mill and billet prices.
- Rolling margin — a supplier working at the loose end of the IS 1786 tolerance delivers less steel for the same money. This is the hidden cost most people miss.
- Freight to Delhi — 48 hours from Ghaziabad stock point, quoted separately so you can compare it.
- Diameter mix — small diameters cost more per tonne than 20 mm and above. A load that is mostly 8 mm will never match a load that is mostly 25 mm.
- Payment terms — 100% advance earns a flat 1% cash discount on the basic value. On a 100 MT order that is real money, and it is the one line on this list you fully control.

It is shown as a line on the tax invoice, so your accounts and your auditor both see it.
Rate locked for the despatch window
Once the advance is received the rate is held for the agreed schedule, whatever the mill does that week.

Pay for the full order, lift it in as many trailers as your slab cycle needs.
How credit works here, stated plainly
We do extend credit. We just do it after we know each other, and we say so upfront instead of promising terms we later withdraw.

We sit down with your team, look at your project pipeline, GST returns and payment history, and agree a credit line.
Typically 30 to 45 days against PDC or bank guarantee, sized to your monthly offtake and reviewed every quarter.
A supplier who hands credit to a first-time buyer prices that risk into everyone's rate. We would rather keep the rate honest and earn the credit decision.
Test it, and reject it if it fails in Delhi

Mill test certificate with every load
Heat number, chemistry and mechanical results, matched to the bundle tags on your delivery challan.
Third-party NABL testing on request
Samples drawn in the presence of your engineer and sent to an independent laboratory. You are welcome to nominate the lab.
Free replacement on rejection
If material fails your consultant's test, we lift it from site and replace it with fresh stock at our cost.
Primary mill material only
We do not sell secondary, re-rolled or unbranded bar as primary. The heat number on the tag is traceable to the mill.
TMT steel against ready flats: 50% cash, 50% units
For developers sitting on completed but unsold inventory, steel can be paid for partly in units instead of cash. It frees your project to keep moving without drawing down more debt.
50% in cash, 50% in units
Half the order value is settled in cash on the normal advance terms. The balance is settled against ready residential or commercial units.
Units bought at 25% to 30% below market
The unit value is fixed at a 25 to 30 per cent discount to the prevailing market rate for that project, agreed in writing before the first trailer moves.
Occupancy certificate is mandatory
Only completed units with OC received are considered. Under-construction inventory, unsold RERA stock without OC and disputed units are not taken.
Clean title, clean paperwork
Title search, encumbrance check and society or association clearance are completed before the barter agreement is signed.
