Supplying Sinnar MIDC, Nashik

Most of the demand here is industrial: pre-engineered building foundations, plant civil work, machine bases and warehouse floors. That means heavy diameters, tight delivery windows and clients who read the mill test certificate line by line.

Direct trailer movement via NH-160 from Bhiwandi, with part loads consolidated twice a week for smaller sites.

Active work in this belt includes Samruddhi Mahamarg interchanges, Sinnar and Satpur MIDC expansion, Nashik smart city works. If your site is on any of these, we have almost certainly delivered to the road outside it.

How TMT is made

Four stages, in order

The sequence is what gives the bar a hard surface and a ductile core. Skip a stage and you get a bar that either snaps or bends.

STAGE 01

Hot rolling

Billets are rolled down to the finished diameter at around 1,000 °C and leave the last stand still glowing.

STAGE 02

Quenching

The bar passes through a high-pressure water jacket. The outer skin hardens into martensite in a fraction of a second while the core stays hot.

STAGE 03

Self-tempering

Heat trapped in the core flows back outward and tempers that hardened rim into tough tempered martensite.

STAGE 04

Atmospheric cooling

On the cooling bed the core transforms slowly into ductile ferrite and pearlite. Hard outside, soft inside — that is the whole trick.

Questions

Buying TMT in Sinnar MIDC

Which TMT grade should I use in Nashik?
Nashik is in Seismic Zone III. Fe 500D is the safe default for framed structures, Fe 550D where the design is optimised for steel saving, and CRS if the site is close to the sea. Send us the structural drawings and we will tell you what the BOQ actually needs.
How fast can you deliver to Sinnar MIDC, Nashik?
24 to 36 hours from Satpur stock point. Direct trailer movement via NH-160 from Bhiwandi, with part loads consolidated twice a week for smaller sites.
Do you supply mill test certificates in Nashik?
Yes, with every despatch, and the heat number matches the bundle tag.
Can you deliver mixed diameters in one load?
Yes. Most of our loads are mixed. Tell us the schedule and we build the trailer to it.
What is rolling margin and why does it matter?
Rolling margin is the permitted variation between the theoretical and actual weight of a bar. IS 1786 allows up to 8% on small diameters. A supplier working at the loose end of that tolerance is quietly delivering less steel than your bar bending schedule assumed.
Which brands do you stock?
Primary mill material from the national brands, and secondary from audited regional rolling mills where the price gap is worth it and the test results hold up.
Do you supply mill test certificates?
Yes, with every despatch. The heat number on the certificate matches the tag on the bundle, so it survives an audit.
